The Programme
Three schedules are offered :

- From April to August you can learn how to take care of the vineyards before the harvesting is made.

- From August to September you’ll take part in the gathering of the grapes (which we do in the traditional way) as well as the beginning of the making of the wine (fermentation, maceration…)

- From September to March you’ll learn the art of “breeding” wine until you can taste it, then it’ll be bottled.
